Can i work with two windows in one PC, and can i install games of widowsXp compatibility on windows vista?

What problem(s) are you having specifically? It may not be your OS, it may be your computer doesn’t have sufficiently powerful enough hardware to run those games.
It is possible to have a dual-boot system so you can boot either Vista or XP, but it’s not easy to setup (Vista hates having another OS on the hard drive) and you’ll still need a copy of both OS’s.
