How to delete another windows vista account?

My computer was going really slow, so I came up with what I thought was a great idea and I got one of the cds that came with my laptop and loaded windows vista over the one that was already installed.
Does anybody know how to delete the old file/account thing?
I have done it once and now I have no idea how to do it again!

Start–Control Panel–User Accounts and Family Accounts–Add or Remove Accounts (located under User Accounts)
